RENTit’s First Year
As 2025 comes to a close, we’re proud to reflect on our first five months in business. And what a start it’s been.

RENTit officially launched on 1 August with a clear mission: to offer a more personal, focused, and transparent property management service for Auckland landlords. From day one, the focus has been on quality over quantity, building trust, delivering great service, and keeping the portfolio intentionally small and manageable.
​
The response has exceeded expectations. What began as a modest goal to test the waters quickly turned into something bigger, with genuine momentum, referrals, and strong interest from landlords looking for a better way. We’ve signed on great clients, managed multiple properties, and are now heading into the new year with more in the pipeline than we ever anticipated at this stage.
​
To everyone who supported us, from the landlords who took a chance on a new name to the contractors, advisers, and friends who helped shape the foundation, thank you.

We're looking forward to building on this momentum in 2026 and continuing to prove that exclusive, personal property management has a place in the market. If you're thinking about making a change in the new year, we'd love to hear from you.

We’ve launched the RENTit Blog, a new space for landlords, tenants, and property investors to get clear, practical advice about property management in New Zealand.

Each post is based on real experience and written to be simple, useful, and easy to understand. Topics include maintenance, inspections, tenancy rights, Healthy Homes, and more.
​
This is part of RENTit’s commitment to better communication and more transparency in the property management industry, no jargon, no nonsense, just good advice that helps you navigate the rental world.

I’m proud to launch RENTit Property Management, a small Auckland based company offering both residential and commercial property management.

After years working in film and television and managing properties on the side, I have made the move into property management full time. RENTit is built on clear communication, reliable systems, and treating people with honesty and respect.

We focus on quality over quantity and aim to provide a service landlords and tenants can count on.
